Maynard Cooper & Gale (Maynard) is pleased to announce the arrival of Andrew Toler.
Andrew Toler joins the Firm’s growing Correctional Litigation practice in Huntsville as an Associate. Toler focuses his practice on representing various correctional agencies and vendors in litigation matters across the country. Previously, his practice was focused on representing Alabama municipalities, businesses, and individuals in cases involving civil rights, breach of contract, personal injury, property damage, and employment law, including employment discrimination. He also served as a law clerk for Judge Karon O. Bowdre of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.
Toler received his J.D. from the University of Alabama, School of Law, during which time he served as a Law Clerk in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Alabama. He holds a B.A. in History from Mississippi State University.
