Crystal Baker is the new Membership Retention Specialist with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber. She is essential in supporting the Membership Team and keeping the lines of communication open to our members. She helps to provide communication and education of member benefits to all existing Chamber members and helping to increase member involvement and engagement in Chamber activities.
Prior to working with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber, Crystal spent three years as a Government Contractor under an administrative contract. Before government work, she worked in the health industry for 12+ years for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician as an Administrative Assistant.
Crystal is a Huntsville native. She graduated from James Oliver Johnson High School in Huntsville and later attended Faulkner University in Huntsville where she received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Crystal is married to John Baker, who is also a Huntsville native. He is a vendor for Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Corporation. Crystal has a bright disposition and warm personality. Over her years of acquiring new skills and life lessons, Crystal has perceived this – “I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” – Maya Angelou. It is this perception that helps her to connect with members!
