R2C is pleased to announce David Breed has joined the R2C family as an Electrical (RF) Engineer supporting Tech Solutions in Panama City, Florida. David comes to R2C with a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. With over 31 years of experience, he recently retired from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division. There, he found and managed an RF facility that included an anechoic RF chamber configured for antenna and basic electromagnetic interference measurements.

David came out of retirement after a year and half to continue utilizing his accumulated engineering experience. He feels sharing his knowledge with his team at R2C part-time serves as a good balance to his favorite activities of boating, hunting, and home improvement.
