Doing Business with Polaris

To be considered as a Polaris supplier, go to the Polaris Supplier Information System and read the policies and procedures that address business practices, quality and expectations, then complete the online “Prospective Supplier Registration” form (third bullet from the top on the left side of the page). NOTE: The form reflects the Indian brand but is used for potential suppliers for all Polaris brands and products. Your information will be logged into a database and reviewed by Polaris Commodity leaders. They will follow up with you if there is an interest in your capabilities.

Polaris in the Community

The Polaris Foundation is focused on supporting the communities where they operate. The Huntsville facility will commence operations in early 2016. Polaris will start to evaluate Huntsville Regional requests in April of 2016. Thanks for your understanding and patience as Polaris focuses on startup of this important operation.

  • Community Development – Assist in creating strong, vibrant communities where our employees live, work and play
  • Environment and Land Access – Promote land access and responsible use of trails and the environment

Polaris also has a one-of-a-kind grant program called T.R.A.I.L.S. that stands for trail development, responsible riding, access, initiatives, lobbying and safety. Grants are available to local, state and national organizations to ensure the future of ATV riding.
