NAI Chase Commercial announced today that Douglas McCullough Executive Vice President-Brokerage has been named the CCIM chair for 2022 Candidate Guidance Committee at the Alabama CCIM Board of Directors Meeting. The CCIM Guidance Committee position will provide a mentoring program for candidates, covering both coursework and portfolios to help the candidate earn the pin and help the candidates through the entire candidacy process.
Douglas McCullough attended the University of Alabama 1969 through 1972 studying Business Management and Marketing. He graduated from Athens State University in May 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Management of Technology. In mid-1999 he joined Chase Commercial Real Estate Services. At that time, he brought over twenty-two years of experience with property leasing, disposition, and management of commercial real estate. Throughout his career, he’s been responsible for tenant and landlord representation, office, industrial and retail leasing, brokerage and investment sales and property management. CCIMs are recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management, valuation, and investment analysis. Currently, only about 6% of all real estate agents hold this designation.
