Dr. Dennis Card, PhD, has been appointed to lead DCS ’s Strategic Solutions Program Management Office (PMO). Dennis has more than 40 years of experience supporting military programs, including serving 21 years in the U.S. Army. He brings extensive experience and expertise in systems engineering, test and software development, and acquisition support to his new role. As PMO Director, Dennis will manage Assisted Acquisition Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts, service-specific Multiple Award Contracts and Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, and the DCS portfolio of consortium affiliations. He has been an integral part of DCS for more than a decade and will continue to position DCS for success through his leadership of key growth initiatives.
