Elizabeth Tchagalidze joins DCS Corporation’s Business Development team as a Senior Proposal Manager. In this role, she will support the company’s growth goals by managing successful proposal submissions as well as by supporting other activities across the business development lifecycle. Prior to joining DCS, Liz worked within the defense industry in various proposal and capture roles, and spent the beginning years of her career as an open source linguist.
