Huntsville resident Jack Kimbrough was promoted to Director of Roadway Design for Barge Design Solutions, Inc. (Barge).

Kimbrough earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2003. With nearly 20 years in the industry, he has a depth of experience in alternative delivery methods and innovative intersection design.
