Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC has hired Jack Shimer as the Preconstruction and Design Manager. With over 25 years of construction industry experience, Jack will lead the estimating and design process for developments, renovations, and owner consulting. Jack has significant experience throughout the Southeast and has been a part of key projects such as Madison’s Toyota Field, Torch Technologies, Martin Army Community Hospital, Von Braun Center Phase IV, Alabama A&M University Event Center, Aerojet Rocketdyne manufacturing facility, CFD Research, and numerous other landmark projects.

Freedom Real Estate & Capital, LLC is currently experiencing dynamic growth throughout North Alabama. This is one of two recent key staff hires for Freedom, with the other being Project Director, Tyce Hudson.
