All Points Logistics has named Army Colonel (Ret) Mark Arn to the business development team in Huntsville, Alabama.

Colonel Arn brings over 27 years of U.S. Army experience in operational and acquisition assignments, culminating as an Army board select Project Manager. He managed a program budget of over $1 billion and an organization of over 500 personnel in the development and operations of Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) X-Band radars.

“We are excited to add Mark to our growing team,” said Huntsville-based John Hall, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Capture Management. “His experience in missile defense, DoD acquisition, strategic planning, and business development will expand our ability to develop superior solutions for our Army customers.”

Colonel Arn joins the business development team as a Capture Manager focused on customers at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville; Ft. Belvoir, Virginia; Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland; Ft. Gordon, Georgia; and the Army’s simulation and training program in Orlando, Florida.

Key roles throughout his Army career included Acquisition Military Assistant to the Secretary of the Army; Director, Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command Current Operations; Product Manager, Terminal High Altitude Area Defense Launcher Program; and Executive Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, Technology).

Colonel Arn received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the United States Military Academy and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Florida. He also received his Level III Program Management certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
