Deloitte welcomes Ray Napoli to the Government and Public Services practice as a Specialist Master in Cyber & Strategic Risk.  Ray has over 13 years of leadership in Cybersecurity and Risk Management in the armed services between the United States Navy and the Army, in addition to five years as an Army contractor.  He has an informed perspective provided by experience in Cybersecurity, Aviation, and Military Intelligence. He continues to serve by providing insight and counsel to DOD clients, and enjoys educating people and spreading awareness of cyber issues.
