Rebecca Williams recently joined Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. in September 2021. She began her career in the Health & Wellness industry in 2005 working at Alabama’s largest Consulting firm, eventually stepping into the role of Vice President of Employee Benefits.
For over twenty years, Rebecca has focused on consulting large employers across multiple states and industries. She has advised on benefits administration, key sales strategies, new business development, and strategic planning. Rebecca emphasizes the importance of employee engagement, team building, and the power within leadership to mentor its staff.
Rebecca graduated with a Bachelor of Art from The University of Alabama. She is certified Paralegal and Society for Human Resource Management Professional (SHRM-CP). In her spare time, Rebecca loves the outdoors, traveling, cooking, watching football, and is an avid Peloton cyclist. She also enjoys spending time with her husband of 28 years, Dwight, and two children; Sam and Taber.
