The R2C Inc. family is happy to promote Rhonda Niemeyer to Chief Culture Officer. Ms. Niemeyer joined the family in March of 2020 with more than 25 years of professional experience. Rhonda has a Master’s in Business Administration with a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management. Along with her business degree, she has recently graduated with a Master of Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since graduating, Ms. Niemeyer is continuing her educational goals by attending Walden University in the pursuit of a doctorate in education and supervision.
Rhonda is very active in the community serving as an Associate Licensed Professional Counselor and mentoring for the North Alabama Society of Human Resources Mentorship University. She is also an active Taxpayer Advocacy Panel Member for the Internal Revenue Service as a Civil Rights and Social Actions Advocate and a Research Panel Member for the Society of Human Resources Management.
