Sarah Macaluso has been promoted to Director of Client Experience & Strategy at Red Sage, a full-service integrated marketing, public relations and website development agency, with offices in Huntsville and Decatur, Alabama. The firm announced Macaluso’s promotion on April 23. Red Sage Communications, Inc. was recently recognized as one of the “Biggest and Best in Alabama Business,” ranking #5 among public relations firms and #13 among advertising agencies in Business Alabama’s 2021 Top Rank Magazine.

Sarah has most recently served as Red Sage’s Senior Marketing Specialist, providing high-level strategy and account management to a variety of the agency’s clients. Her strategy implementation and account management has yielded some of the agency’s most impressive results in ongoing marketing efforts and campaigns. Since joining the Red Sage team in 2018, she has contributed to award-winning projects, recognized by the American Advertising Awards and Southern Economic Development Council.
Over the years, she has also worked with executive leadership to bring new, innovative solutions and services to Red Sage’s clients. Sarah’s efforts have helped craft the agency’s project management best practices and standards of excellence to train the Red Sage Accounts team.
Sarah’s new role as Director of Client Experience & Strategy is a first for the agency and reflects its commitment to delivering excellence for its clients.

Passionate about community development initiatives, Sarah serves on the Board of Directors of the Singing River Trail, a 150-mile greenway connecting eight counties of North Alabama through hiking, biking, and walking trails. She also serves as Launch 2035’s Public Relations Chair, a regional partnership of community and business leaders in Limestone, Madison and Morgan counties with the mission of strengthening the North Alabama economy. Sarah is a member of the Huntsville Committee of 100’s Young Professionals and a current student of Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Management Academy (Class 11).
