DCS Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Phelps as its new Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. With more than 30 years of experience in the Federal Contracting industry, Tim has served as a member of the DCS Enterprise Security Committee, the DCS Policy Review Committee, and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Administration Committee. Prior to joining DCS, Tim spent four years as the Vice President of Finance at Maximus, Inc., and served 12 years as Controller and later Vice President of Finance at Farradyne, Inc.
