Victory Solutions is proud to recognize Ms. Tracy Lee as the new Quality Management System (QMS) Management Representative. Ms. Lee performed the function of Assistant QMS Management Representative for the past 18 months and recently completed an ISO 9001:2015 Workshop. Ms. Lee, a Certified Federal Contracts Manager, also serves as a Senior Contracts Administrator, a position which is heavily process oriented.  Tracy has successfully developed numerous operational improvements at Victory Solutions. Becoming the QMS Management Representative is a logical next step in her quest for operations and process excellence.
