Catrina Paseur serves as Director of Human Resources at the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology, where she’s worked in a variety of HR roles since 2016. Her duties include planning the Institute’s organization’s mission, values, talent acquisition and retention strategies, leading the Institute’s Human Resources department, and ensuring legal compliance. Catrina is an active member of the national and local chapters of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM and NASHRM) and a graduate of Athens State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management. She and her family live in Arab.
