small business awards
The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber is proud to recognize businesses and individuals who make a positive impact on our community through their products, services, and outstanding leadership at the annual Small Business Awards Gala.
As one of the Chamber’s largest events of the year, the gala brings together nearly 1,000 members of the community to celebrate more than 100 of the Tennessee Valley’s leading small businesses, entrepreneurs, young professionals, and nonprofits.
The 2026 Small Business Awards Gala will be held on Thursday, Nov. 19, at 6 p.m. in the VBC Saturn Ballroom.
BEST PLACES TO WORK® AWARDS
The Chamber’s annual Best Places to Work® awards honor outstanding companies in Huntsville/Madison County whose benefits, policies and practices are among the area’s best. Along with full bragging rights, Best Places to Work® gives businesses a unique tool that cultivates employee engagement in the workplace.
government & public affairs
The mission of the Government & Public Affairs Department is to advocate for policies and legislation that promote the economic prosperity of the Huntsville/Madison County region.
Part of this effort includes hosting events with our elected leaders, to offer members opportunities to hear directly from them and engage further. We host several events through the year based on their availability.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Our Annual Membership Meeting, typically held in late January or early February, offers us the opportunity to share highlights of the past year, celebrate our staff and volunteers, and install our new leadership. We also present the Distinguished Service Award to a deserving individual.
A keynote speaker will also deliver an address on a timely topic. This event is a fantastic opportunity to network with community and business leaders.
