Dr. George Kyle, HAPPI Health

Dr. George Kyle has been named Chief Medical Officer at HAPPI Health. In this role, he oversees clinical operations and leads a team of dedicated healthcare professionals providing comprehensive primary care services to patients across the Huntsville community.

A board-certified physician with more than 20 years of experience in family and preventive medicine, Dr. Kyle is committed to advancing health equity and improving patient outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care. He has played a key role in expanding HAPPI Health’s clinical programs and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Before joining HAPPI Health, Dr. Kyle held various roles, including Chief Executive Officer at 31st Combat Support Hospital, and was formerly Chief Medical Officer at esteemed institutions such as Walter Reed’s Wounded Warrior Unit; Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center; First Army Division East in Maryland; and the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command at the Redstone Arsenal. Dr. Kyle completed his Family Medicine Residency at Dwight David Eisenhower Army Medical Center. He is a retired U.S. Army Colonel after serving 30 years.
