Originally from Venezuela, Zailet brings a unique combination of technical and educational expertise, holding degrees in Civil Engineering, Education, and a Master’s in Leadership and Administration.
With over a decade of experience as a bilingual teacher and elementary school principal, she witnessed firsthand how language barriers can lead to misunderstandings and exclusion. This inspired her to launch ZS Language Services, where she now provides professional English–Spanish translation, SEO-optimized content, and culturally aware communication strategies.
Zailet specializes in the healthcare, legal, engineering, and education sectors, helping organizations build trust and improve access for their Hispanic clients, patients, and staff. Her mission is rooted in the belief that language is about connection, clarity, and dignity.
