Corvid Technologies has named Dr. Charles Lind as its new Director, Missile Defense and Strike Technologies. Dr. Lind brings over 30 years of acquisition, engineering, and technology leadership experience, most recently serving as the Mission Area Coordinator and Program Manager for the Missile Defense Agency’s Kinetic and Hypersonic Defense Mission Area.
A recognized leader in emerging and disruptive defense technologies, Dr. Lind has held senior roles spanning program management, science and technology development, and digital transformation across the Department of Defense, with experience spanning the U.S. Army, Navy, Missile Defense Agency, and other joint organizations. He is an Associate Fellow of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, where he teaches a high-speed aerodynamics course.
In his new role, Dr. Lind will lead Corvid’s efforts to advance missile defense and strike capabilities in support of U.S. national security missions.
