AJ Smith, CCIM, Senior Advisor at Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate, recently received the Pathfinder Award. Coldwell Banker Commercial, a national commercial real estate company, awards the individual in the company who is successfully serving their community and commercial real estate company and who is employing innovative solutions to guide their clients and the company to exceptional outcomes.

In addition to his role in commercial real estate at Coldwell Banker Commercial McLain Real Estate, Smith is a real estate appraiser and candidate for a Masters Degree in Real Estate from the University of Denver. Smith also serves as Development Director for the Huntsville Housing Authority. Smith is highly engaged in several organizations in the community that serve all parts of our community.
