Allan has a wealth of experience as a leader, strategic alliance builder, business relationship manager, and entrepreneur. With over two decades of experience in Mission Operations and Integration, Program Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning, Allan brings a unique set of skills and expertise to Sentar.

Prior to joining Sentar, Allan founded his own company called Waterfront Technical Services. Under his leadership, Waterfront Technical Services achieved great success and was recognized for its outstanding performance. In 2023, the company won the prestigious NASA Marshall Space Flight Center Small Business Subcontractor of the Year award, highlighting Allan’s ability to deliver exceptional results.

Allan’s experience extends beyond his entrepreneurial ventures. In addition to NASA, Allan has also provided support to the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). His contributions have been recognized with awards such as the NASA Silver Snoopy and Space Flight Awareness awards, further demonstrating his dedication and expertise in the field.

Now, as the Director of Civil Space Programs at Sentar, Allan continues to utilize his extensive knowledge and experience to drive innovation and deliver high-quality solutions. His role involves overseeing and managing various programs related to civil space, ensuring that Sentar remains at the forefront of technological advancements in this field.
