Carter Express, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Ashon King to fill the Yard Operations Manager role at its Huntsville, Alabama crossdock where he leads the compliance of over 100 OEM shipments per day destined for Canada, Mexico and the continental U.S.

Mr. King recently reached his third-year anniversary with Carter Express and has been pivotal with the team’s growth and leadership development which actively strives to prepare the new generation of professionals in supply chain, logistics, and transportation that represents a rapidly growing industry in north Alabama.

Ashon’s background includes cyber security, data warehousing, and systems administration with his education in Purdue Global’s Information Technology program.
