Bryan Primm has been hired as the Director of Outreach for Madison County District 6. In his new role, he is charged with maintaining and strengthening community relationships and partnerships to achieve the goals of the district.
Mr. Primm previously served as the Center Director of the Bob Harrison Senior Wellness & Advocacy Center. Under his leadership, the center experienced a resurgence following the global pandemic. A free senior nutrition program was implemented, fitness programming was revamped, and a renewed focus on wellness and advocacy took center stage.
Mr. Primm is from Opelika, Alabama and is a graduate of Alabama A&M University with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and a Master’s degree in Urban Planning with concentrations in Housing and Community Development. As a professional, Primm has over 20 years of experience in recreation, fitness, and education; and over a decade of entrepreneurial experience, including grant writing, government relations, project management, public speaking, and as a restaurateur.
Bryan is married to Dr. Hope Pimm. The couple has two children, Amara, 16, and Bryce, 11.
