Colliers | Alabama is pleased to welcome Caitlin Griffith as Associate to its Huntsville office. Caitlin, a Huntsville native, is working with the commercial real estate brokerage team led by Kyle Collins. Ms. Griffith attended Auburn University where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Caitlin has been assigned some of Collier’s higher profile projects including the HQ at Upland Park, a 110,000 SF, 4-story mixed use project offering office, retail and restaurant space and The Collective Workspace at Progress Center, an upscale coworking space offering single offices or multi-office spaces designed for the entrepreneur.

Prior to joining Colliers, she worked with RJ Young as an Account Executive selling office equipment and maintained a high customer retention rate, achieved Top 25 Sales Performer in 2021, and earned President’s Club Winner 2021, 2020, and 2019.

Ms. Griffith is involved with the Huntsville Young Professionals and the Huntsville Rotaract Club. Caitlin also volunteered to rappel off the tallest building in downtown Huntsville on her first day with Colliers for Over the Edge “Kids to Love” project which raises money to support thousands of children living in foster care.
