DCS Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of Carl McGraw to Operations Branch Manager within the Ground Vehicle Division’s FSR Department Tech Insertion Branch. Carl brings over 18 years of dynamic expertise in electronics, engineering, mechanics, and maintenance, with a deep understanding of Information Technology.

In this role, Carl will oversee the delivery of goods and services to the Army’s Ground Vehicle Systems and manage DCS operations within FSR Department’s Tech Insertion Branch.
