Chad J. Encheff was appointed as Vice President of Commercial Flooring Services, which was founded in 1995. CFS provides services exclusively to commercial businesses, healthcare, and educational environments in north Alabama and the Tennessee Valley regions.

Chad has worked in the construction industry for 21 years, where he has contributed to managing various projects such as the Westin Hotel in Houston, dozens of Country Inns and Holiday Inns, several sporting venues, and dozens of restoration projects. He is an Ambassador for the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber and serves on the Alabama Non-Violent Offenders Organization board.

Chad is an avid football and mixed martial arts fan, and he enjoys spending his free time with his lovely wife, Veronica, and their six children.
