Russellville, AL – CB&S Bank Board of Directors announces the hiring of Clint Kirkland as the new Madison County Regional President, Executive Vice President. His primary office will be the Huntsville Downtown Branch.
Growing up in Scottsboro, young Clint began working as a courier at a small local bank and went on to graduate from Northeast Alabama Community College and Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. While at JSU, Clint worked as a bank teller and received his MBA and Bachelor of Science degrees.
In 2015, Clint graduated from the Alabama Banking School and subsequently in 2020, graduated from ABA’s Bank Executive Leadership program. Throughout Clint’s 30 years of banking experience, he has gained valuable experience having worked as a teller, proof department operator, Business Banker, Commercial Lender, and Private Banker. In 2021 Clint was awarded the “Rising Stars” award by the Alabama Bankers Association.
Clint has served on numerous boards and committees in the Huntsville area including Big Brothers Big Sisters of North Alabama, The Community Free Clinic, Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, Covenant Presbyterian Church, Huntsville Hospital Foundation, Arts Huntsville, B2L Board of Directors, and Leadership Greater Huntsville.
Clint has been married to his wife Francy for 25 years and they have two sons, Brandon 22 and Cole 19.
