Turner Construction Company announce the promotion of Crystal Lucas to the role of Operations Manager for the Huntsville office. Crystal will oversee the operations and overall performance of the team, providing leadership and guidance through construction planning, project execution, risk management, resource management, and administration. Her role includes managing the staff resources of the office to meet the goals established for work-in-place, budget, earnings, and new sales.
Starting her 20th year with Turner and a proud graduate of Auburn University, Crystal leads by example, infusing Turner with a culture based on integrity, respect, and hard work. Crystal is a graduate of Leadership Greater Huntsville’s Connect Class 21. She lives in Cullman, Alabama, with her husband, Josh, and two sons, Thatcher, 12, and Colson, 10, where she serves as the president of the board of her homeowners’ association and is a member of the Cullman Youth Basketball Association board.
