Thrive Alabama is pleased to announce the addition of Eva Harris as Director of Development and Marketing. Eva is responsible for all aspects of fundraising and marketing for the organization, including branding, capital campaigns, event funding, donor relations, and corporate giving programs.
“I am delighted and honored to join Thrive Alabama,” Harris said. “Thrive provides excellent, compassionate care for thousands of people in north Alabama. The construction of our new state-of-the-art community health center will bring comprehensive, quality healthcare to our area for decades to come.”
Eva comes to Thrive Alabama with nearly two decades of experience in fundraising for statewide political campaigns, small nonprofits, and large global organizations. She recently served as a Senior Development Manager at the American Cancer Society and an Associate Director of Philanthropy at The Nature Conservancy in Alabama. A native of Florence, AL, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Political Science.
In addition to her professional pursuits, she is an active advocate for the animal rescue community, a member of the Huntsville Rotary Club, and a proud rescue dog parent (with Jon) to Simon and Marnie.
