Hai Nguyen has been appointed to another term as a member of the HEALS Board of Directors. He has been associated with the HEALS organization since 2021, most recently serving Board Secretary and now serving as Board Vice President in 2023. He has served HEALS in several capacities and is dedicated to the great Huntsville & Madison community.

Hai is BlueHalo, LLC’s Director of Procurement overseeing all of BlueHalo’s procurement activity and leading a team of Subcontract Administrators and Buyers. Hai has held a diverse career within multiple Fortune 500 companies, medium-sized businesses, and small start-up businesses prior to joining BlueHalo.

In previous positions, Hai held roles as Territory Manager, Subcontract Administrator, Contract Specialist, Purchasing Manager, Subcontract Manager, Director of Contracts, and Associate Director of Supply Chain Compliance. Within Hai’s career, he has led several system audits including having three successful Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) and led or assisted in multiple proposal and contract awards spanning from defense aviation, missile defense, engineering and logistics services, and space. Hai holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), a Certificate of Federal Contracting and Procurement Management (CFCPM), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) all from the University of Alabama Huntsville.
