tvg hospitality/The Orion Amphitheater announces the promotion of Haley Loudin to Operations Support Manager. Haley initially joined tvg hospitality in March 2022 as Office Manager. As Operations Support Manager, Haley is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and creating a healthy office culture by ensuring employees have what they need to be successful. Additionally, in collaboration with Orion leadership and the People & Culture team, she plays a key role in fostering a culture of fun, psychological safety and open communication.
Haley is a native of Madison County, having graduated from New Hope High School. Prior to joining tvg hospitality, Haley was the Customer Service Manager for Holtz Leather Company. She also previously worked at Honest Coffee Roasters and The CARE Center, as a Lead Barista and Site Director, respectively.
