DCS Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of James Belcher as its new Vice President of Ground Vehicle Systems. James joined Infoscitex Corporation, a DCS company, in 2004 where he led the Advanced Materials Group. Since 2018, he has led the Systems Engineering Department at DCS Corporation primarily supporting the U.S. Army DEVCOM Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) at the Detroit Arsenal. In this new role, James will continue building teams to advance military ground vehicle open systems architecture, electrification, lifecycle cost reduction, and autonomous operations.
