Architect Jeffrey Parnell is one of the newest project managers for Goodwyn Mills Cawood (GMC). He is a highly motivated and progress-focused architect with a longstanding background in the design and construction industry.
Jeffrey has dependably led the design and project deliveries of multiple project types, including hospitality, education, civic, multifamily, and commercial construction, varying in size and scale. Recent local projects he has worked on include new gymnasiums for Highlands Elementary and Chaffee Elementary Schools, as well as Athens State University’s Carter Hall and Brown Hall renovations.
Over the past 12 years, he has crafted an excellent track record of client satisfaction and efficient project delivery. Jeffrey is a capable and consistent problem-solver with a talent for building science and specification writing, being a construction documents technologist.
Jeffrey received his bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Memphis and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and Construction Specifications Institute as a committee member.
