Crestwood is pleased to introduce Jennifer Lee as its new Practice Executive for the 13 Crestwood Medical Group outpatient, walk-in, and specialty clinics.
Lee recently joined the Administration team in May 2023 as a seasoned Healthcare Executive. She has managed large ACOs in Hawaii and Texas. Lee was the first Market Operations Director for Evergreen Nephrology in Alabama where she managed the first-of-its-kind value-based care program for two Nephrology clinics in Huntsville and Birmingham. Prior to joining Evergreen, she was a value-based care pioneer for OptumCare and Wellmed Medical Management for nine years.
Lee has a Master’s degree in Clinical Practice Management from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from Drexel University. She is passionate about provider relations, clinic expansion, and joining the Crestwood team.
