Her most recent position was as a Human Resources Coordinator at New Acquisitions in Atlanta, GA, where she excelled in responding to internal and external HR inquiries, maintaining personnel records, supporting the recruitment process, and assisting in performance management procedures.

In her new role at MAD Security, Jocelyn will lead and track metrics, providing critical information to Operations leadership to support data-driven decision-making. Jocelyn’s proven track record in operations management, exceptional organizational and project management prowess, and superior communication skills make her an ideal fit for this role.
