Joe Yearta, Chief Compliance Officer and former Chief Financial Officer for Trideum Corporation for over eight years has retired as of December 31st, 2022, in order to pursue an encore career as an independent business management consultant with his newly created Yearta Consulting Group. With years of experience in government contracting, Joe has provided Trideum with policies and processes that will continue to guide the company’s compliance program well into the future. Married to his wife for over 40 years, Joe has two adult sons, is involved in several professional organizations including Committee of 100, and is an alumni of Leadership Greater Huntsville Focus 18 and Leadership 29 programs, and serves on the board of Huntsville Emergency Medical Services, Inc. (HEMSI). Trideum looks forward to engaging Joe as a consultant and continuing its relationship with this dynamic executive throughout his “next” chapter.
