Joseph White was promoted to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the Madison County Commission in June 2023.

Joseph embarked on his professional journey in 2020, commencing his tenure at the Madison County Commission. Initially holding the position of Assistant Finance Director, he demonstrated his expertise and dedication, leading to his appointment as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Joseph’s academic foundation was established at Jacksonville State University, where he attained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Furthering his education, he pursued an MBA specializing in Accounting. Prior to his work with the county, Joseph gained valuable experience as an auditor for the State of Alabama.

During his leisure time, Joseph cherishes moments spent with his wife and one-year-old son, exploring new destinations and creating lasting memories. With an earnest commitment, Joseph eagerly anticipates his opportunity to serve the employees and citizens of Madison County.
