Sentar, Inc. is proud to recognize Justin Brown, R&D Operations Lead and recent addition to the Huntsville team. A multi-generational native of Huntsville, Justin brings a wealth of experience to the team as a retired Air Force Veteran, having served 21 years in the Alabama Air National Guard. Throughout his military career, Justin developed invaluable life lessons and leadership skills that have paved the way for his professional advancements.

Justin’s professional career is equally impressive, with proven success ranging from Mathematical Modeling and Computer Programing to areas of Program Cyber Strategies and Supply Chain Risk Management. As an innovative leader in these fields, Justin has been able to use his abilities in Business Acumen, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills to provide problem solving and strategic vision to guide diverse teams from both DoD and commercial ventures.

He has worked with organizations such as the Missile Defense Agency, Missile and Space Intelligence Center, Threat Systems Management Office, Aviation and Missile Center, and most recently PEO Aviation, where he developed a concept of operations for cyber incident response of fielded weapon systems.

In addition to his professional achievements, Justin was a past President of the University of Alabama EMBA Alumni Board and currently serves on the board of the UAH Graduate Student Association. He is also pursuing a PhD in Engineering Management from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. His dissertation is on Trusted Digital Environment: The Protection of Intellectual Property for Digital Twins.

In his role as R&D Operations Lead, Justin will be responsible for the daily oversight and leadership of Sentar’s R&D group. Sentar is excited to see the valuable contributions Justin will make!
