Special Aerospace Services (SAS) is proud to announce the promotion of Kadeem Nicholas to Director, People and Culture. Kadeem joined the SAS team 10 months ago as the People Operations Manager and immediately made significant contributions with company growth and culture. Through his strategic HR leadership of key initiatives within the company’s talent acquisition process, Kadeem enabled SAS to meet an unprecedented demand for engineering support from clients and the corresponding growth of SAS. The impact of his guidance and efforts with team member engagement activities were realized through SAS’s 2023 designation for Best Places for Working Parents® as well as being announced as a contender for the 2023 Huntsville/Madison County Chamber’s Best Places to Work® Awards.
Kadeem arrived at SAS with over nine years of experience in various HR roles. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Human Resource Management from the University of Alabama at Huntsville. In addition, Kadeem maintains several professional memberships and certifications including the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP), North Alabama Society of Human Resources and Professional in HR (PHR).
