Lauren Marsh is President, Co-Founder, and General Contractor at Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors.

A lifelong resident of North Alabama, Lauren’s interest in construction began at the tender age of 16 during a summer internship with a Huntsville area homebuilder. Shortly after graduating from high school, she became an administrative assistant for another homebuilder, where she familiarized herself with all aspects of the business, including management and sales.

After noticing a significant service gap in the industry with respect to finding reliable roofers, Lauren and her husband decided to form Ridgeline Construction in 2012, which simplified the building process for contractors by offering both material and labor. Their turnkey roofing service soon diversified to include residential siding and exterior work, eventually expanding to the commercial market and opening four additional offices throughout Alabama and Florida.

Now in her 11th year as a successful business owner and her 18th year in construction, Lauren is a Licensed Alabama General Contractor and Licensed Alabama Homebuilder with NASCLA certification. Along with her Alabama certifications, she holds professional certifications in Florida, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Under her leadership, Ridgeline earned GAF Master Elite Contractor status as well as the prestigious Presidential Award for high quality workmanship.

Lauren is a member of the National Roofing Contractors Association, National Women in Roofing, the National Association of Professional Women, the Homebuilders Association, the Better Business Bureau, and the Huntsville/ Madison County Chamber. Her other memberships include the Exterior Contractors Alliance, Associated Builders and Contractors, and the Associated General Contractors of America.

Outside of her leadership role at Ridgeline, Lauren enjoys Bible studies, yoga, reading, and spending time with her four children.
