Leah Ann Williams is a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Aviation & Missile Solutions. Prior to joining AMS, Leah Ann worked at Dynetics for over 18 years in Human Resources. During her tenure she worked in and managed HR systems, compensation, and payroll across multiple entities. She also supported compliance and acquisition/divestiture efforts. She was awarded the Business Excellence award and the HR Unsung Hero award.
Leah Ann holds her BS degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She grew up in southern middle Tennessee and now resides in Hartselle, AL with her husband Ben and their two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, teaching Sunday School at her church, and traveling.
