Lee Smith has been named VP of Operations at Wilson Lumber Company. Lee’s first job at Wilson Lumber was cutting grass at the age of 13. He has since worked in many areas of the company throughout his tenure including the EWP/Truss Department. There, he helped build the foundation for an operation that has now expanded into multiple states and services jobs all over the Southeast.

Lee’s goal is to help his leaders make smart and efficient decisions when faced with financial, staffing, or operational challenges. Under his leadership, the Operations team has experienced tremendous growth and record efficiencies.
