Maynard Nexsen recently welcomed Lynn Marshall, Government Solutions Shareholder, to the Huntsville office.
Lynn Marshall is a highly accomplished attorney who brings over 16 years of experience in complex transactional work and project management, along with more than nine years of experience with multi-billion-dollar procurements and managing legal risks.
Prior to joining Maynard Nexsen, Lynn served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Agency for International Development, where she provided comprehensive legal advice on complex Federal acquisition and assistance matters, including the $32 billion Global Health Supply Chain Program. She has worked a range of roles within the federal government, from serving as a Foreign Service Officer in the U.S. Department of State to a Program Counsel at the U.S. Army Security Assistance Command and an Associate Command Counsel for the U.S. Army Materiel Command. Her breadth of experience working with the government and managing international relations gives her a distinct advantage in advising clients on complex government-related matters.
