Aviation & Missile Solutions (AMS) is pleased to announce the promotion of Matt Harness to Branch Manager. Harness joined AMS in June 2024 as a senior principal mechanical engineer.
With over 20 years of experience, Harness leads rapid mechanical design, 3D CAD (SolidWorks) design and drafting, prototype development, and hardware integration and assembly, helping teams build the parts and assemblies they need for their systems and projects. The mechanical engineering branch is the newest addition to the AMS portfolio.
Harness received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Auburn University.
