PeopleTec is honored to welcome Michael Roesch to the team as Corporate Development Executive. In his role, Mr. Roesch will support PeopleTec COO, Frank Jennings, by focusing on corporate development objectives. His responsibilities include leading capture on strategic pursuits, forming strategies for phasing in or out of markets, establishing relationships and alliances with business partners, and increasing intellectual property assets.

Over the last 12 years, Mr. Roesch worked to develop and grow a zero-capital defense contracting startup engaged in engineering, research, and development from a single contract to a company with numerous DoD Prime and Sub-contracts, more than 180 employees, and customers from various government departments and agencies as well as small and large defense contractors. Mr. Roesch received a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University in Clemson, SC. Prior to his role in starting and growing his previous company, Mr. Roesch served in technical roles supporting hardware engineering and testing for multiple missile defense systems.
