Bryant Bank promotes Mike Johnston to Huntsville City President, overseeing operations and strategic initiatives for the city.
Johnston brings 28 years of banking experience and 18 years with Bryant Bank, playing a key role in establishing the bank’s Huntsville presence. The Madison County native holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and MBA from Auburn University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at LSU.
Known for excellence in customer relationships and business development, Johnston’s promotion acknowledges his exceptional leadership and community commitment. He serves as President-elect of Huntsville Rotary Club and on boards including the Arc of Madison County, Northeast Alabama Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and as a Rivertree Church Trustee.
In his new role, with continued support from Ken Watson, North Alabama Market President, Johnston will lead Bryant Bank’s commitment to Huntsville’s uniquely growing market, supporting the innovators and families driving Alabama’s fastest-developing community.
