COPT Defense Properties is excited to welcome Molly Bell as Property Manager to its Huntsville team. Molly will be responsible for the day-to-day property management of the Huntsville portfolio, including Redstone Gateway—a 468-acre master planned, Enhanced Use Lease project containing over 2.6 million square feet of office space.
Prior to working at COPT Defense Properties, Molly completed her Bachelors in Telecommunication and Film at the University of Alabama. After graduating, she worked as a multimedia journalist and spent the past eight years at CBL Properties, joining as Marketing Director and later becoming General Manager at Parkway Place Mall.
In addition to her new role, Molly is a board member of Arts Huntsville and the Public Relations Chair for the Madison County Alabama Alumni Association.
