Nicole Mauk was recently promoted to Chief Financial Officer at WellStone, North Alabama’s mental healthcare leader. She completed her Master of Accountancy from the University of North Alabama and became a Certified Fraud Examiner in 2021.
“What I love about working for WellStone is having a hand in creating procedures for a growing organization in a vastly growing and ever-changing industry,” she said. “I love the challenge and how rewarding it is to be a part of something big that directly impacts our community.”
Prior to joining WellStone, she served as an auditor for a regional public accounting firm where she gained valuable experience working directly with clients in a broad variety of industries. She moved to Huntsville in 2019 with her fiancée and five pets, and truly enjoys this growing city.
